Andrea's experience teaching and training at many different gyms, facilities and corporate environments around Ottawa, the Greater Toronto Area, across the country and throughout the world over the years has enabled her to effectively work with people of all fitness levels as well as different age groups, abilities and cultures. Certified by the internationally renowned Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals (Can-Fit-Pro) and recognized by the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher, Andrea has helped hundreds of individuals discover the joy of exercise, adopt a healthier lifestyle, and achieve their goals. Andrea is devoted to keeping up with current trends and research in health and fitness. She is constantly seeking new ideas, participating in a variety of workshops and classes, and traveling the world to develop her skills. An approved NRG2GO traveling fitness professional, Andrea plans to share her joy of fitness and wellness in Jamaica, Cuba and Mexico – anywhere and everywhere the sun shines! She aspires to return to Costa Rica or discover Saint Lucia to lead her own training programs in the near future.

Kevin is energetic, enthusiastic, committed and friendly! A Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Wellness Specialist and Older Adult Specialist, he has a passion for exercise and fitness.

    He believes being fit is a great way to live life and enables him to do the many things that he cherishes. Being fit makes his daily life and the extra activities that he engages in, much easier. Helping people feel capable and good about themselves is why he chose to become a personal trainer.

    After graduating in 2009 from Brock University with an honours Bachelor of Kinesiology, Jovette moved to Ottawa to pursue her carreer as a Fitness and Wellness Coordinator. Her certifications and experience instructing boot camps, kettlebell, classes and yoga makes her a well rounded personal trainer.

    She believes that everyone can have fun while they train and achieve results at the same time. She safely guides all her clients to a higher level of functional fitness - preventing injury and improving overall quality of life. The best part about training with Jovette is that every workout is different! You’ll never be bored with Jovette as your trainer. But you will end every workout feeling empowered!
