Stay fit while you travel!
Take a 20 minute walk then target your major muscle groups for maximum effect with minimal time. Try push-ups for chest, shoulders, and arms, and squats for thighs and buttocks muscles. Three sets of 8 to 12 repetitions every other day won't replace your usual full workout but it will help you stay in shape while on vacation.
Why lift weights?
Strength training will help to build stronger muscles and bones, boost your metabolism, raise self esteem, shape your muscles, improve your posture, decrease back pain and improve muscular endurance.
It's the little things that count!
If you're trying to exercise more or maybe you are already committed to a gym routine but you're stuck in a rut, it's the little things throughout your day that can add up to great results! Try parking a bit further away from the shop, taking the bus and getting off a stop or two early, and taking the stairs up to your office.
