Fitness with Trinity Training
Trinity Training - More than just a workout!™
Physical activity is the action that leads to physical fitness, your overall health and well-being - not to mention helps you look and feel great!
Fitness is attained by a combination of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and stretching. Canada's Physical Activity Guide recommends 60 minutes a day of cumulative physical activity for general health benefits. But if you really want to see and feel physical and mental changes and benefits in your body and spirit, you need to step it up a few more notches!
Whether training with a group or individually, in an aerobics class or on the treadmill, the fantastic feeling you have after a heart-pumping, sweat-wrenching workout is something so powerful you can't deny it. It can be a struggle when you're just beginning to get physical active again or for the first time, but starting slowly and consistently, you will find the mental and physical rewards far out weigh anything else and you'll begin wonder how anything could have come in the way of your workouts before.
Let Trinity Training help you be active to feel and look your best:

Pick it up! Why lift weights?
Strength training will help to build stronger muscles and bones, boost your metabolism, raise self esteem, shape your muscles, improve your posture, decrease back pain and improve muscular endurance.
Two great exercises get started and to hit as many muscles groups in as short a time as possible are push-ups and squats (be mindful, this is for the average person not considering any personal injuries or limitations)!
Work with your trainer to design your optimal resistance training program to be safest, most effective and best for you as an individual. When it comes to weight training, one size does not fit all!
